MEET YOUR

RECRUITER

Dannii Kelly (She/Her)

Hi! 👋

I’m Dannii from a small village called Slaithwate [sla-th-wait] in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, with a passion for all things creative, if I think I can make something I will definitely give it a go. I have two young children and a whippet (who also thinks she is a human child) called Mabel.

At 17 years old I took on a career as a chef working my way up to Head Chef shortly after my 20th birthday. Throughout my time as a chef, I realised that I had a natural knack for finding and cultivating talent. Whether it was discovering a promising chef or identifying a waitress with a gift for upselling, I always found myself drawn to the process of identifying and developing talent within my team. As a result, when I eventually made the transition to full-time recruitment, it felt like a natural fit.

The people I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside have motivated me to establish my brand. Their passion, dedication, and creativity have inspired me to pursue my dreams and create something that reflects my values and vision.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with lots of exciting businesses, helping them find the right people to take their organisations to the next level. Whether you’re a startup looking to build your team, or a Fortune 500 company seeking top-tier executive talent, I have the skills and expertise needed to help you succeed. From sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires, I’m here to support your business every step of the way.

I pride myself on being sociable, energetic, and always seeking new challenges both at home & at work. An extraverted, practical & authoritative individual whilst being warm and empathetic with a strong sense of duty. I am confident, motivated, innovative and efficient.

I can handle a lot on my plate; time management is something I use to exceed in all that I am presented with. I have a strong belief in my ability to succeed and I’m highly driven by challenging projects and solving problems.
