Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Responsible Individual to oversee the operations of four children's homes in Liverpool. This pivotal role is instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the management of the homes.

• Ensure all homes operate in line with legal requirements and company policies.

• Oversee the safeguarding and welfare of all children in the homes.

• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all compliance and quality standards are met.

• Lead, motivate, and support home managers to achieve excellence.

• Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff.

• Reg 44 visits.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a Children's Residential Home

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

• In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and child protection.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
